Refunds & Returns

Because the products sold on this site are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads, templates, guides, workbooks, journals, courses, or other digital products once purchase is complete.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered in limited situations such as:

• You were sent the wrong file

• Your file is corrupted or will not open

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

• You are unable to access the product due to a verified technical issue

If you experience one of the issues above, contact support@ebonybryan.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order details. If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement file or issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind

• Purchasing by mistake without a duplicate charge

• Failure to read the product description

• Not using the product

• Expecting a physical product when the listing clearly states the item is digital

• Personal dissatisfaction that is not related to a technical defect or delivery issue
